A completed sample shows how BidSift checks scope, missing information, fit, and tradeoffs before you spend estimating time.

Start with what you know

Review a job

Share the details you know and paste source material if you have it. This is a bid/no-bid review, not an estimate.

SIFT review input: project context, dates, who issued the bid, submitted fit constraints, and any scope text or open questions.

On a phone, paste the bid text first, then add only the dates and fit details you know.

Before you price: a short review can surface unresolved scope or fit questions before you spend more time pricing the opportunity. BidSift is not an estimate, guarantee, or profit prediction.
What is stored and what you can delete

Submitting a completed review stores the email, job details, source text, and generated result so saved history can reopen it. Saved review records do not auto-expire. If you add optional outcome details and give consent, BidSift uses only anonymized outcome counts for shared learning. The saved result page provides deletion. BidSift is not an estimate or a guarantee.
